We can help order and collect prescriptions, keep an agreed eye on stock, provide reminders at agreed times and record the support given.
What support can include
Medication can become difficult to organise, especially when several items are due at different times. We agree the exact support with the person and, where appropriate, their family.
Support can include placing routine prescription orders, collecting supplies where agreed, checking stock against the agreed record and prompting at scheduled times. We do not prescribe, change doses or provide clinical advice, and every task must remain within the agreed plan and our team’s competence.
