Information we collect

When you contact us we may receive your name, contact details and the information you choose to include. Our server may also record basic technical information such as an IP address for security and troubleshooting.

Website page counts

Each time a website page is loaded, its page-view total increases by one. We use these aggregate totals to understand which information is useful and improve the website. The counter does not use cookies, identify individual visitors, store IP addresses or build browsing profiles. Page totals are visible only to an authorised administrator in the Staff Portal.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, discuss possible support and keep an appropriate record of our communication. We rely on legitimate interests to answer genuine enquiries and take steps requested before entering an agreement.

Who it is shared with

We do not sell your information. It may be processed by service providers that host our website, email or security systems, or disclosed where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose, legal obligations and safeguarding our legitimate interests. Aggregate page-view totals may be retained so we can compare how the website performs over time. Records connected to an ongoing service may be kept under a separate retention policy.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

reCAPTCHA and maps

The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to reduce spam and the contact page includes a Google map. These services may receive technical data when loaded. Google’s own privacy terms apply.
