Local home support across south-east Sheffield and Waverley

Unity Home Care · Sheffield and Waverley

Bring your judgement, kindness and reliability.

We are interested in people who understand that good support is both practical and deeply personal.

Working with Unity

We value the people who support our clients.

Our team helps people maintain a comfortable, safe and fulfilling routine at home. A visit may include meal preparation, agreed medication support, light household tasks, errands and—just as importantly—conversation and companionship.

We look for patience, reliability, sound judgement and respect for dignity. Dementia-aware support is one part of our wider service, so we value people who understand person-centred communication, familiar routines and the importance of seeing the individual beyond a diagnosis. Roles may require an Enhanced DBS check, a driving licence and access to a vehicle.

We invest in employee development through induction, relevant training, supervision, feedback and opportunities to continue learning as responsibilities grow.

  • Flexible bank and part-time opportunities when available
  • A supportive working environment
  • Investment in development and ongoing training
  • No visa sponsorship is currently available
Unity Home Care is an equal opportunities employer. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and make employment decisions fairly, based on the role, the person’s suitability and the needs of the people we support.
